Retention Cloud Leader CleverTap Launches CleverTap for Startups
The launch of CleverTap for Startups was announced by CleverTap, a contemporary, integrated retention cloud (C4S). Through this project, CleverTap will provide all aspiring digital-native organisations with a full stack retention platform to assist them in personalising and optimising all customer touchpoints, enhancing user engagement and conversion.
The CleverTap platform has helped thousands of sizable digital-native organisations thus far by providing the scale, speed, and security they required to solve their problems. Now, the objective is to further reduce the cost of solutions for pre-launch, early-stage startups, or businesses with a small number of monthly active customers. Businesses that are new or in their early stages have significantly different needs than larger, more established companies. They need a partner who can fuel their growth plans with seamless support, greater flexibility, and affordability.
Through this initiative, CleverTap will offer early-stage startups special discounts and resources in collaboration with more than 50 venture capital firms, incubators, and business accelerators, including Sequoia Surge, Techstars, Y-combinator, AWS Activate, Accel, and others. The C4S initiative was started a year ago, and after receiving feedback from more than 1000 entrepreneurs, the products have been improved and are now ready for launch. By the end of 2025, CleverTap hopes to have partnered with more than 100,000 new businesses as part of this initiative.
With the help of this effort, early-stage entrepreneurs can choose a flexible plan with no minimum scale requirement and use the platform with as little as 5000 active users each month. The platform was created with consideration for SMBs and startups. Customers will also be able to only pay for the services they actually use and have the opportunity to add-ons to customise the platform.
