ZIRO, based in South Denver, Colorado, which serves clients in Canada and the United States, and Dubber Corporation Limited, the leading conversational intelligence and unified recording platform for service providers and their customers globally, have agreed to become Foundation Partners. A variety of Dubber products, including the recently launched Dubber Moments and Dubber Notes for MS Teams, are included by the cooperation arrangement. In January 2023, ZIRO will begin interacting with their customers, and Dubber will support their expansion through the Dubber Foundation program.

ZIRO is committed to giving their customers more value. ZIRO’s end users receive an out-of-the-box productivity tool with an exceptional user experience, different from other providers, and powered by Dubber by integrating Dubber Moments within all of their MS Teams subscriptions.

Users of Dubber Moments have the option to upgrade with a single click to the fully featured Dubber Notes for MS Teams subscription, which offers complete automation of note-taking during meetings and conference calls, including AI features like auto actions items, conversational sections, speakers, and Dubber Moments. Users will be made aware of the advantages of upgrading to Dubber Notes for MS Teams through a collaborative process between Dubber and ZIRO through various channel marketing activities.

ZIRO will also offer the Unified Recording and Unified Recording + Insight bundles from Dubber.
