Squirro Launches Second Season of Redefining AI Podcast

The groundbreaking Redefining AI podcast’s second season has been launched by Squirro, a provider of augmented intelligence solutions and a designated Gartner® Magic QuadrantTM Visionary for Insight Engines 2021 and 2022.

Redefining AI is offered by the Squirro Academy, which provides free training materials, information, and educational resources regarding artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), search and insight engines for both corporate users and data scientists. Some of the top names in AI, including thought leaders from Hugging Face, Deeplearning.ai, Google Cloud, and Airbus, joined host Lauren Hawker Zafer in the first season.

The program ranked among the top 20% of Spotify’s most-followed podcasts and the top 15% of podcasts that were most widely shared in 2022. The second season’s themes will include AI applications, the metaverse, generative AI, data regulations, digital mindsets, data ethics, and new technology innovation, and it will once again include an all-star lineup of thought leaders and subject-matter experts.

The second season of Redefining AI premieres today (January 11, 2023) with the first episode. Thereafter, new episodes will be released every two weeks. The first episode of the season will feature Peter Scott, a former NASA employee, futurist and TEDx presenter on AI. In his most recent book, “Artificial Intelligence and You: What AI Means for Your Life, Your Work, and Your World,” he examines how AI will accelerate and extend thinking, but it will also present us with a number of difficulties that we must overcome, including issues with bias, privacy, and exploitability, as well as job loss due to automation and a possible coexistence with super intelligent machines in the future.
