Kore.ai Unveils Generative AI, Large Language Models in XO Platform V10.0 to Enhance Enterprise Communications

The introduction of the Kore.ai Experience Optimization (XO) Platform Version 10.0 has been announced by Kore.ai, the top conversational AI platform and solutions provider in the world. With the upgrade, global enterprise systems can be more easily and openly integrated. Businesses and people can instal intelligent virtual assistants with little to no training, and the system can be constantly scaled and improved for high performance.

The ability to support large language models (LLMs), such as OpenAI’s GPT-3 and other generative AI technologies, is one of the primary innovations that Kore.ai has added in this release, greatly easing the design, development, and management of virtual assistants.

Modern LLMs and generative AI are combined with the power of zero-shot and few-shot models, which do away with the need for initial training data. These technologies reduce the work required to effectively construct virtual assistants that are actually intelligent and intuitive by assisting with the design of conversations, the creation of training data, test data, and the rewriting of responses with emotion. Virtual assistants are entering an exciting new era, and Kore.ai is at the cutting edge of this innovation.

The 10.0 platform version also includes a new conversation insights dashboard that may proactively uncover new opportunities for automation and detect training discrepancies, in addition to 100+ pre-built connectors with business apps. To help businesses better connect insights with conversations, an improvised feedback module linked to conversation engagements has been included. Large firms can automate procedures and increase client interaction with the help of such capabilities. One of the pioneers in conversational AI, Kore.ai has also used LLMs for specialized knowledge AI use cases.

“Our customers have been deploying highly complex use cases involving voice automation, personalization, omnichannel experience, and fulfillment”, “This has underscored the need for a perpetual cycle of improvisation for virtual assistants in terms of ease of development, training, scalability, personalization, and performance, which we have addressed with some of the industry-first innovations in V10.0. Also, by creatively tapping into the potential of generative AI models like GPT-3 and other LLMs, we’ve paved the way for future innovations.”

Raj Koneru, CEO and Founder, Kore.ai

“Generative AI models can come up with contextual content based on pre-trained data”, “These technologies greatly simplify the way virtual assistants are built and managed. This is a great step forward for the industry and will no doubt lead to better customer experiences.”
