Woflow Acquires European Startup XtremeAI, Expanding Reach and Bolstering AI Capabilities

Woflow, a digital commerce data infrastructure company, has announced the acquisition of XtremeAI, a Seville-based document digitization and data structuring platform. This strategic move will allow Wflow to expand its reach across Europe, leverage the invaluable industry knowledge of the XtremeAI team, and integrate new AI technologies into its product offering.

Through this acquisition, Wflow will continue to support his XtremeAI customers, including a large European food delivery company. XtremeAI co-founders Miguel Esteban, Timoti Molnar, and Eduardo del Palacio join the team at Woflow, bringing deep industry knowledge to the company’s ambitious growth plans.

In addition to attracting new customers and talent, Woflow will integrate cutting-edge technologies, including its own AI platform, into his XtremeAI products to further enhance the platform’s capabilities. Wflow’s Merchant Data Platform helps many of the world’s leading platforms and marketplaces automate how they manage their merchant data. Customers like DoorDash, Square, Walmart, and Deliveroo rely on Woflow’s data infrastructure to generate and manage merchant data at scale.
