Smartsheet Announces New Board Leadership
Smartsheet, the enterprise platform for modern work management, announced that the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors has appointed Mike Gregoire, Director of Smartsheet, as Chairman of the Board. Effective March 9, 2023, Grégoire succeeds Geoffrey Barker, who has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2017 and will remain a member of the Board of Directors.

Gregoire’s leadership appointments come during a period of continued success with Smartsheet, with recent recognition from G2 and Fast Company for customer satisfaction and enterprise platform innovation.
With a career spanning more than 25 years in software and technology, Gregoire is widely recognized as a strategic thinker in the industry. He is a founding partner of Brighton Park Capital, an investment firm founded in January 2019. Previously, he was the CEO of CA Technologies. Gregoire is chair of the World Economic Forum’s Computer Governors Steering Committee and a member of the Business Roundtable’s Information and Technology Committee. He currently serves on the board of TechNet, a CEO organization that represents the tech industry on policy issues critical to innovation and US economic competitiveness. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Sports Foundation, which specializes in creating leaders by ensuring all girls have access to sports, as well as the Board of Directors. by AMD, a multinational driver sales company.
