HCLTech Joins WEF 2023 to Supercharge Global Collaboration for a Sustainable Planet and Inclusive Growth

The World Economic Forum (WEF) 2023 will be held in Davos, Switzerland. HCLTech, a prominent global technology firm, will be there to support communication and collaboration for a sustainable planet and inclusive growth.

HCLTech is pleased with its lengthy strategic alliance with the WEF. The HCLTech Pavilion at WEF 2023 displays the company’s new corporate identity and mission of combining the best human talent with cutting-edge technology to accelerate growth for customers, its people, communities, and the environment.

The HCLTech Pavilion, which is situated at Promenade 66, 7270 Davos Platz, is entirely powered by green energy, demonstrating the organization’s dedication to a sustainable globe.

HCLTech is sponsoring the UN Women’s Gender Equality Hub at its Pavilion as part of its commitment to diversity and gender equality. Daily video check-ins, pop-up panel discussions, and fireside chats will all be available on The Hub.

The leadership team of HCLTech will participate with and host world leaders at WEF in stimulating sessions centred on the theme of the Annual Meeting, “Cooperation in a Fragmented Globe,” and talk about ways to overcome the various challenges the world is now experiencing.

Al Gore, the former vice president of the United States, and other eminent leaders will participate in a session titled “Leading the Charge through Earth’s New Normal” where they will talk about transformative solutions and international cooperation to create a more inclusive, prosperous, and sustainable future. Roshni Nadar Malhotra, chairperson of HCLTech. She will also take part in “The Aquapreneur Revolution,” a panel discussion moderated by Emma Benameur, Head of Impact and Engagement and Member of the WEF Executive Committee, to announce the winners of The Global Freshwater Innovation Challenge, a competition launched by HCL Group and UpLink to find creative ways to conserve freshwater.

At the session “Preparing One Billion People for Tomorrow’s Economy,” which will examine the crucial interventions required to skill one billion people by 2030 in a world being quickly revolutionised by technology, C Vijayakumar, CEO & Managing Director, HCLTech, will express his vision. Saadia Zahidi, Managing Director, WEF, and executives from Merck, Manpower Group, and UBA Group will also be present.

Santhosh Jayaram, Global Head of Sustainability, HCLTech, will also lead the “Sustainability Dialogues with HCLTech,” a series of meetings with influential corporate and thinking leaders to participate in frank discussion centred on the most urgent agendas and subjects related to sustainability.
