To further improve customer services and better support customers’ digitalization journeys, Alibaba Cloud, the digital technology and intelligence core of Alibaba Group, today unveiled its first international product innovation centre and partner management centre at the Alibaba Cloud Singapore Summit 2023.
The new Product Innovation Center will oversee the administration of product improvements based on ongoing worldwide consumer requests and assist with future roadmaps for producing more market-specific solutions. The Partner Management Center will go into local collaborations to deepen the sharing of cutting-edge technology and domain expertise among partners in order to better meet the demands of local consumers.
With the launch of a new Innovation Accelerator Program to aid firms in growing as the global digital economy continues to flourish, these new initiatives will not only increase the number of job prospects for Singaporean talent.
Through the exchange of practical knowledge and ideas, as well as by making access to the most recent cloud technologies simple, the Innovation Accelerator Program aims to bring together industry leaders and experts to support the development of more innovative and resilient firms in Singapore. Every program-eligible business will also get free technical assistance and training from Alibaba Cloud and other specialists in the field.
The programme offers businesses the chance to join the dynamic global ecosystem of Alibaba Cloud, which is created to further empower businesses to explore and realise their growth ambitions not only locally but also internationally, by assisting them with their digital transformation and innovation journey through upskilling, retraining, and technical upgrading.
“Today we are in a very early stage of digitalization”, “In the next five to ten years, the economy is going to be driven and measured by computing consumption. Digital economy is the economy of computing, and cloud computing will play the same role in the era of digitalization as electricity played in the era of electrification. The cloud is becoming a methodology not just for cloud computing, but a methodology for most people doing their work.”
Dr. Wang Jian, Member of Chinese Engineering Academy and founder of Alibaba Cloud
Alibaba Cloud will engage with partners to assist 10,000 international companies in accelerating their sustainability journey over the next three years in an effort to supplement sustainable business methods.
