NICE Recognizes CX AI Leadership, Unveiling CX Excellence Award Winners at Interactions 2023
NICE has announced the winners of the 2023 CX Excellence Awards. The winning organizations have been recognized for their next-generation CX behavior. Thirteen winners in six categories were honored at Interactions 2023, the industry’s largest CX event, highlighting the power of Enlighten, trusted enterprise AI and NICE’s cloud-based CXone platform, to create excellent digital CX. These winners address key consumer-driven CX needs, beyond the contact center, to drive big business results.
CX Excellence Award winners achieved outstanding results in one of 6 categories:
Digital Innovation/AI – Celebrating the business adoption of AI, including digital capabilities and conversational AI to meet the needs of brands, employees, and consumers. The winners were Holiday Inn Club Vacations, MoneyGram and Proofpoint, Inc.
Change Agent – Captures remarkably rapid adoption and implementation of digital CX best practices such as AI-driven analytics, implementation efficiency, and employee empowerment. The winners are Open Network Exchange and Eficasia.
Unsurpassed Cloud Deployment – Celebrating the flawless implementation of CXone’s scalable, cloud-based CX platform resulting in exceptional multi-channel digital CX. The winners were Marriott International and United Health Group. Outstanding Customer Experience – Acknowledge the steps taken to deliver the new digital CX standard. The winners were Charles Schwab & Co. and Banco do Brasil.
Exceptional Employee Engagement – Celebrate significant advances in workforce engagement management and motivational strategies that enable brands to do more at a cost less than. The winners were San Diego County and TD Bank.
Pioneer of the Year – Referring to customers with exceptional success stories who have adopted industry-leading solutions like Enlighten and proven to use AI or self-service effectively best. The winners were the City of Fort Worth and Dominion National.
