All projects create data and this can be used to help project managers make choices about current and future projects. Project data analysis is all about being inquisitive and asking questions to find information but we must also interpret data in a meaningful way. Storytelling by understanding and sharing project data is vital so everyone can understand it and make use of it. It’s up to us as project managers to be curious about the data on our current projects, and use that knowledge to work proactively.
